Kazakh National Medical University is a university in Almaty, Kazakhstan. It is the no.1 medical institute in all of Kazakhstan. Many of Kazakhstan’s leading physicians are affiliated with the university. Kazakh National Medical University was established in 1930. There are more than 11000 students, Ph.D. students study at KazNMU, andmore than 1500 faculty members are working at KazNMU, including more than 200 doctors of science, 130 professors, more than 500 candidates of science, and 15-laureates of State prizes.

Kazakh National Medical University (KazNMU) is one of the top medical universities in Kazakhstan. The university was established in the year 1930 in the rural area of Almaty city. The city is known to have a population of about 1,000,000 – 5,000,000. With its excellent academic results, the government of Kazakhstan classified KazNMU as the national university in the year 2001.

The university was started with the mission to define a perfect model of competition and innovation-focused institution to deliver highly qualified medical education to the students worldwide.

The structure of the Kazakh National Medical University is strong enough to provide up-to-date scientific investigations on urgent problems of Public health, implemented in practical health care at a medical services market. The Kazakh National Medical University has got recognition from the Ministry ofEducation and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Several courses such as bachelor, masters, and doctorate programs are offered by this university for students.
