TMSS Medical College is leading medical college in Bangladesh. Collage is recently established but collage has achieved great height. In 2008, TMSS Medical College (TMC) was founded as a constituent program of TMSS to create a strong provider of health services. Most have considered education as a business in the present era, where TMSS is the exception. The all-out enclaves of TMSS are primarily concerned with the fluency and continuity of education only to increase the efficiency and standard of education. As a leading trainer of highly qualified doctors, dentists, biomedical experts, public health educators and allied health professionals, TMSS Medical College (TMC) has preserved its prestige. In Northern Bangladesh, TMSS Medical College is the largest private institution devoted solely to educating health care practitioners and biomedical scientists. The College serves 145 MBBS students in each session and 50 BDS students in its Graduate Studies Rajshahi University issued affiliation to the College with the approval of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MOH&FW) (now the college is affiliated with Rajshahi Medical University) and the College has been recognized by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BM&DC).

To ensure quality assurance in medical education, the Medical Education Unit (MEU) has already been created. MEU's duties include implementing educational studies, coordinating seminars, promoting student assessment of teachers and teacher evaluation of students, planning quarterly and annual report on the Quality Improvement Scheme, assisting in extra-curricular activities (cultural initiative, publishing of magazines), academic personnel job development, etc. The MEU also takes charge of updating and systematizing knowledge, expertise and attitudinal aspects of the student appraisal process. It is vital to the ongoing advancement of medical education as a field by offering advanced tools for instruction, service and an emphasis on educational study.
For male female, international & local students and internal physicians, TMSS Medical College (TMC) has separate hostel/dormitory facilities. All the hostels having free wifi access. The hostel and entire campus were monitored by a closed-circuit camera. TMSS Medical college gives first preference to security of students.
For its medical and dental students, TMC has library equipment. The Central Library is air-conditioned with a floor space of 7500 sq ft, 4613 books with 510 titles, 275 local newspapers, 165 international newspapers and 20 connections to online newspapers. The library has separate sections for pupils, teachers and a full Wifi facility for the e-library facility. The hospital has a separate library of its own for physicians and nurses. Library hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. or the timetable declared by the writers of the college.
TMSS Medical College (TMC) provides recreational fields for both indoor and outdoor events. Chess, Carom, Table Tennis, Scrabble, Football, cricket, basketball, etc sports include: In both Boys & Girls Student Hostels, indoor game facilities are also available. TMC provides its students with gym equipment.
